This week my teacher gave our class a task to chose a well known song and remix it about 

the benefits of physical exercise Enjoy.

Bad things there’s a lot of bad things like diabetes and cancer and ebola and ligma yea ligma on me.

Benefits of Physical exercise

Today I am going to be writing  about Benefits of Physical exercise and how it has a huge effect
on your life.


What does Benefits of Physical exercise mean? Benefits of Physical exercise means keeping
your body mind and muscles fit. It also helps your blood flow, body fitness, weight loss and
stress relief.

Did you know that exercise helps your muscles and also your mind.
Fitness can help your mental health example if you run a lot it can help your concentration, fear,
stress and anxiety. Sometimes pushing yourself is the right thing to do.


Another fact is if you do exercise regularly there is a low chance of getting cancer or diabetes.
Cancer comes randomly but if you do exercise there is a low chance of getting it. Diabetes is the
same but you can only get diabetes if you eat too much sugar.


Thanks for reading my writing hopefully  it made you get up and start doing exercise more often.
